Ryan Hill, Service Desk Manager
Starting off as an IT contact at one of our customers, Ryan joined the company as a technician in 2011. Quickly establishing a great rapport with our customers, Ryan has become an integral part of b1Services’ service desk. Usually the first port of call in b1Services, Ryan’s enthusiasm and professionalism is second to none and has really helped b1Services establish a great support desk experience for our customers.
Outside of b1Services Ryan enjoys spending time with his young family, cooking with his pizza oven and looking after his pet Lizard Anna.
